Monthly cleanings can be scheduled with our customer service team if you’re interested in having your pool cleaned on a regular basis and without worry. Monthly cleanings typically include scheduling an appropriate time, once a month, for us to come over and assess the condition of your pool and clean the most important areas of it. This can include cleaning the filter, checking the water levels, skimming the surface debris, and more.
Our scheduled cleaning is planned according to your schedule. If you have a day planner that you’d us to work with, whether it be a school or work schedule, we’re more than happy to arrange the most accommodating date and time to arrive. We typically don’t need you to be home when we perform our monthly cleaning as we’ll only need access to your outdoor space and pool accessories. If the weather doesn’t permit for a scheduled cleaning, we’ll be sure to come the following day as early as possible to perform the same service.
Skimming the pool is a necessary during regular maintenance in order to keep the pool water looking and feeling clean. Skimming the pool of surface debris also helps ensure that it does not get stuck in the pool drain or filter. Larger items that can cause damage to drains and filters include twigs, pests, leaves, acorns, and more. Skimming is done using a net and pole tool which helps us reach all sides of the pool and quickly skim off the surface debris to easily dispose of it.
Testing the shock in your pool water is what helps keeps the chemical levels in the pool safe for swimming. Shock may sometimes need to be added to lower or increase the levels of your pool’s existing water and to help deter harmful toxins and bacteria from having space to multiply or spread in. When you decide to enlist us for your monthly cleaning services, we’ll be sure to check the shock levels and keep them at a safe level for anytime use.
Your pool’s water level is important if you want functioning filters and pumps that do not become damaged because of an overflow or excessive water. During monthly cleanings, we’ll be sure to check your water level and bring it back down to an appropriate level or add more water as we see fit. Water levels can be manipulated when heavy rain and storms come and fill up the pool more than it’s needed. Typically, the filter and drains will be able to remove some of the excess water, but if we notice that your pool devices are having trouble accommodating, then we’ll assist in putting your pool level back to normal. By adding more water, your pool may require more chemicals added to balance the pH levels and acidity, which we’ll also help with before completing the job. If your new pool level is not properly balanced, it could make it less safe to swim in or less combative to bacteria and dirt. We also offer pool tile cleaning service.
